Welcome to Chilton Primary School
Message from the Headteacher
Chilton Primary School in Ramsgate, Kent opened its doors in 1975.
We are very proud of our school, our pupils and their success. We believe that Chilton is special and the relationships we develop with our children and their families, enables us to create a distinctive ethos. We aim to make the learning experience varied and inclusive. We have high expectations and strive to achieve excellence for all.
Our most recent OFSTED visit (Jan 2010) said "Pupils enjoy coming to this caring school. They were right when they told us, 'It is a polite school with joyful children,' and, 'All my teachers care about me.'"
The information on these pages is designed to give you an insight into Chilton and hopefully capture a sense of the school and our values which underpin all we seek to achieve, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils. We would encourage you to take the opportunity to visit us so that you can experience this for yourself.
