Parents, Teachers & Friends Association

Chilton has a supportive PTFA, which is part of the National Confederation of Parent Teacher Associations.

The PTFA aims to raise extra funds for the school and provide an additional means by which parent/teacher co-operation can be fostered.

The PTFA Committee is made up of the following people: Chloe Ballantine, Lisa Welch, Mrs Ellinor, Wynette Marsh, Sarah Richardson, Katrina Brown, Michele Gregson, Linda Thomas, and Catherine Hurst.

All parents, staff and friends of the school are members of the PTFA.

How Can You Get Involved?

The PTFA are always looking for new committee members and volunteers to help out at events.

If you would like to get involved please come along to the next committee meeting - you'll be made very welcome. Offers of help or new ideas for events are also appreciated. Last but not least, please come along to the events and join in the fun!

Event News

• The Chilton's Got Talent event raised £139.13. A big thank you goes to our 2 sponsors: Roberts Stonemasons Ltd. Memorials made by craftsmen. Tel 01843 591021 and Wellingtons Home Maintenance. Tel: 01843 851948.


- 1st Prize - Jake Robinson - Class: 3NW - Magic & Illusion.
- 2nd Prize - Charlotte Strickland - Class: 6MV - Irish Dancing.
- 3rd Prize -Kayleigh Cooper & Gemma Stanley - Class: 6LS - Singing.


• The New Years Disco raised £359.
• The Valentine Disco held on the 8th Feb raised £468.81.
• Non Uniform Day on the 19th March raised £177.20 - Well done everyone!
• Easter competition results:
  - KS1 - Hannah Harvey - RAA
  - KS2 – Toby Rayleigh-Strutt - 4YN
  - KS2 – Emerson Baille – 6MV
  Each won £4.15p & the school gained £12.45p. Well done!
